Dowling Blunt Limited was formed in 1993 by Mark Dowling and Stephen Blunt. The company is wholly owned by Mark and Steve who continue its management on a daily basis.
The strength of the company comes from its professional team of Engineers and Designers, which together with its commitment to an integrated computer aided design philosophy - enables Dowling Blunt to provide a fast response design service of superior quality.

Dowling Blunt has always had a strong commitment to quality, and has internal systems designed to ensure a quality product. These systems have recently been enhanced, resulting in us being awarded in January 2000, the Registration Certificate for Quality Management; BS EN ISO 9001 (1994), and in January 2003, the Registration Certificate for Environmental Management BS EN ISO 14001 (1996). We are also members of a number of the leading professional bodies including CIBSE, BSRIA and BSI.
