In addition to the design of services installations to new houses and apartment blocks we have also assisted Wimpey with post completion investigations to help with their follow up customer care. For example we have been assessing power shower performance in a number of multiple bathroom, 5 bedroom executive houses in the southern counties.

We are currently engaged for the Services design for a substantial, 3 storey 5 Bed property in Kent, with systems designed to achieve Code level 3 as part of the planning conditions, installations will include rain water harvesting, under floor heating, thermal solar & PV arrays.
